A 50% deposit starts the work, with the remaining 50% due on completion, before the finished site goes live. Care Plan retainers are invoiced monthly, in advance. It depends on the tier: 1 round on Starter, 3 rounds on Standard, and unlimited rounds on Custom Premium. A "revision" means refining existing work, not adding new scope — additional scope is quoted separately, in writing, before it's billed.

Yes. Every project runs on a written project proposal plus our published terms of service — payment schedule, revision rounds, timeline, ownership transfer, and cancellation terms are all in writing before work starts, not verbal promises.
