All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless Vroq Studio fails to deliver the agreed services. Invoices not paid within the agreed period may incur a late fee or result in work being paused until payment is received.

Each project includes a fixed number of revision rounds as outlined in your project proposal (typically two rounds of revisions per major deliverable). Revisions are defined as amendments to existing work — not new requests or scope changes.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will be quoted and billed separately.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and may be affected by client response times or force majeure events. Vroq Studio is not liable for delays outside its reasonable control.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for your project transfers to you, the client.

All third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, etc.) are subject to their own respective licences. It is the client's responsibility to maintain any required third-party licences after project handover.
Vroq Studio provides services on a best-effort basis and will always act in your best interest. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue increases, search rankings, or customer growth — as these depend on many factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vroq Studio's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service in question.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice under the following conditions:
Upon termination, all deliverables completed to date will be provided to the client once any outstanding balance is settled.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, client data, pricing, and technical systems.
This obligation continues after the project has ended.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services will be first attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
